My Trip To Delhi Pt-1

 My Trip to Delhi for Fecilation Ceremony.

Hello guys welcome back to my blogs! And I know it's been a long time I updated something and me being me had to go through so many things + studies since my boards started.

And I made this blog right is because I actually didnt able to shoot my blog and videos during my trip to Delhi because the 3 days over there was busiest then the bees and It was not allowed to shoot in fecilation ceremony as well.. so it was not much fun thats why I am sharing my days and how it went over here it self.

Why I was invited to Delhi?

Ok so This story starts during 5 or 6 months ago during the month of september or August when I was called upon by my art teacher who asked me to submit a painting on CBSE website whose competition name was "Veer Gatha 3.0" and as CBSE never or mostly selects the winner so I declined to which sir insisted that I should since it's my last year and I selected the topic namely "RaniLakshmi Bai came to my dream" 

Regarding this I made the painting in one day with making it mostly in illustration way which consisted of a girl dreaming about the fights of Rani Lakshmibai and how it motivates our woman and others during the present times.

That's when in 6th January I got the call from school management who let me know that I am one of the winners in Veer Gatha.

And the winners are only 100 and I was selected in national level category. The competition had 3 levels which were District level where 8 winners were chosen from 2 from every category and in state level category 4 winners were choose with 1 from each category. And later I got to know that from all over india its 100 super winners.

I was too excited when I found out that about 1cr and 36lakh + students participated and me being choose among 100 it was surely something that I never dreamed before or expected ofcourse.

And the being one of the winner I was invited by Ministry of Defense and Ministry of education to Delhi for fecilation and prize giving ceremony and too becoming the chief guest of Shree Rajnath Singh in republic day at Karttavya Path New delhi.

And since that day I became kind of the celebrity in my school with every announcement talking about me and the school even called me to sports days making me the chief guest and fecilated me there, with gifting me amazing art supplies.

And with it the journey of Delhi trip started where all the expenses were done by Defense ministry officials.

So now I will tell the days details mentioning with the dates and what was done in each day.

Date:- 24-01-2024

At 5:30 am I had to wake up because the flight was at 8:00 am and Me and Dad (who was coming with me as guide to Delhi) had to reach airport half hour before due to checkings and all. So after getting all ready and farewelling mom with wiping her tears because she is the emotional freak, took the cab and reached Airport. After all the security checkings and all we went to plane and settled inside. Me and dad were excited and I wished to sit in windown seat but a didi alredy occupied the place so I couldn't. The journey from Surat to Delhi was approx 1 hour and 45 mins and we reached Delhi airport terminal 2. From there we took the electric bus and it made us reach the exit of Airport.

After reaching there me and dad expected someone would come and pick us but it turned out we gotta get out of there ourself and that's why the defence agencies gave us the full address of the hotel Royal plaza where we gonna stay.

After booking cab we went to Cannaught Palace where the hotel was situated. And seeing the hotel I could surely tell why it was named as "Royal" due to its lavishing looks and view.

The whole Hotel was soo mesmerizing and gave the royal England's vibe. Lmao I know it funny but there is a huge differences between Indian Royal and Western Royal.

Anyways so after reaching there we had to meet the officials who were present to mark our presentations there and check from where we are. and after checking and everything our keys were given and we went to our room which was at 15th floor.

After reaching room, first thing I did was checking the view from window. The height was too up and the view was best thing existed there, and then after that I wandered around the room checking things as me being me who get excited seeing or living the in moment. And later on we got the information from officials that we have to go down for lunch. So after freshening up and getting changed to uniform (as they requested) we went to buffet room for lunch.

At lunch I saw everything was there including north indian and south indian food, veg non-veg and everything including differnt type of dessert. And me having less appetite took small amount of each food like noodles and half naan with Palak paneer and papad and small amount of salad and manchao soup. But when I saw dessert I couldn't help but take all the pieces of pastries of each flavour. And dad being indian dad only took rice naan daal and 2 kind of sabjis including palak paneer with salad. 

And after the lunch another call came that we have to go to DRDO auditorium now for next day's fecilation ceremony. So we took the bus which was arranged by them and went towards DRDO (Defense Research And Development Organization). 

It was a huge complex where dad told me that it's a headquarter of the defence and other development research. While travelling towards the DRDO building I saw many others headquarters of VIPs and ministers. Which was a great experience of knowing and witnessing it.

After reaching, the officials told as that we can't enter with any device inside which is normally a phone. So everyone had to submit their phones and went through another security check for entering the auditorium room. 

After reaching inside they made students and parents or other guides who came with childrens sit differently. And when I was seated I was too bored until I met the girl I met previously. And within a mintue we became friends and shares lot of talks and became close friends. 

And with that the day went with rehearsals of how we all 100 students of 4 category 25 each students gonna enter the stage while receiving the award. Since Defense Ministry and Education minister doesnt have much time and we all 100 so the arrangement was made that from each category 2 or 3 groups will be created.

We again went to hotel and had our dinner there and slept untill the next day.
